Requirements

• ✓Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• ✓Knowledge of social media marketing.
• ✓Creative thinking and content creation skills.
• ✓Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO.
• ✓Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• ✓Previous marketplace or e-commerce marketing experience is an advantage.

• ✓Assist with advertisement-related questions.
• ✓Identify and report suspicious activity.
• ✓Maintain a professional and friendly communication style.

Requirements

• ✓Basic computer and internet skills.
• ✓Ability to communicate clearly in English or Sinhala.
• ✓Previous customer support experience is an advantage.
